IC Test Fixture

IC Test Fixture is mainly used to fix the IC under test to maintain its stability during the test process. It usually consists of a base and some mechanical structure that holds the IC in a specific position so that test equipment can accurately access all pins of the IC. In addition, the test fixture may also include electrical connections for connecting the IC to the test equipment.
